Lost/Stolen Debit Card

If your debit card has been lost or stolen, or if you suspect fraudulent charges, please notify the bank immediately. It is important to report the incident as quickly as possible to avoid potential losses.

Telephone Banking

With our 24-Hour EzVoice Telephone Banking System, you can use your touch-tone phone to easily access your accounts and retrieve real time balances from your accounts 24-hours a day, 7 days a week. Now you can check balances and transfer funds on checking accounts and savings accounts. You can also verify deposits, ATM/Debit card transactions, or checks that have cleared. You can even transfer funds to make a loan payment.

It's easy! Just call 1-800-414-4071 and follow the instructions.

When you call to access your account(s) you will be asked to enter a Personal Identification Number (PIN). The first time you call, this number will be the last four digits of your Social Security Number. You will then be prompted to enter your own unique PIN number. Please also have your 10 digit account number handy for quick reference. This service gives you the flexibility and convenience to bank from anywhere and keep in touch with your money.

Safe Deposit Boxes

• Protect personal treasures in a secure, fire-resistant metal box
• Show identification for authorization to enter the vault area
• Obtain entry anytime during normal business hours
• Store financial and legal documents, personal records, and family records

The cost varies with the size of the box, but ranges from $35.00 for a 3 X 5 up to $95.00 for a 10 X 10.

Direct Deposit

Any ongoing, regular payment such as payroll checks, government benefit checks, pension checks, tax refunds, and investment income payments can be direct deposited to your accounts at Pickens Savings and Loan.
